Panda Express

The taste and quality has changed over the past couple of months. Not really a big fan of this restaurant anymore. The last time I ate here my rice was hard 😓

I bought two kids meals, and they gave me about two bites of chow mein and 5 small pieces of chicken. When I asked about it, they said thats a child size portion. So for $6 my small kids didn't even get full. I've never gotten such a small portion before... But they argued and said that's how big they've always been....

This place is good. But they didn't ask me if I wanted for here or to go. The person behind the counter just acted like she didn't want to be there and her customer service showed that. The guy at the register, Abraham, he had a smile on his face and rang up everything and had a good attitude

I like the food at Panda Express. I have purchased food at Panda Express several times at several locations.

A slightly above average Panda. Food quality and service were good. Dining area cleanliness was lacking, which is typical for all Panda locations in my experience.

Tasty food. Nice variety. Slow service. This store needs more than one person to take orders and serve food. We consistently stand in line for at least 10 minutes before we can give our order. That same person then dishes up the food. If this is Corporate's desired process, then please hire an additional person for this position to make the line move faster. People behind us actually walked out because process is so slow, in spite of the single employee working as fast as humanly possible. In other words, this slowness is not the employee's fault; the fault lies with the manager for not adequately staffing the order taking/serving position.

Panda has very good fresh cooked food all day long. And if you do not see what you want just ask them and they will make it

I had one bad experience and 3 excellent ones! When they are good they are GREAT! Yesterday I ordered and it was all fresh, hot and on time. Thank you Panda Express.

This spot simply knows how to please their clients. Consistently with a kind attitude. The food is affordably priced, constantly fresh and neat.

U sometimes have to wait for certain side but they are always fresh and the people are friendly

Staff was extremely friendly when I was having a bad day, made me feel better, the teriyaki chicken was wonderful, I went back not long after my first visit for more chicken

Wow... When u order beef n broccoli you think they will give you beef... Horrible... They should call it beef flavor and broccoli... Waisted money, should have went to Asian house... Better food at Asian house and they actually give you beef...

Expensive for seniors. Small serving size and only 3 items good but they are premium and priced higher. Lot of rice or noodles very small meat or battered chicken nuggets. Better at fast food places

Great place to eat so far

Went there and left hungry many times. Last time I went there and asked for two servings of Beijing chicken. They had little left and they spread it thin over the plate when I pointed this out, they said they see nothing wring. I left it there and never came back. They should not have a restoraunt if they are afraid to feed the people.

I love coming to panda and I do so pretty frequently with my family, mostly for lunch. The food is good and it's usually not long of a wait considering how busy they are during lunch service. Only negative I would say is one employee there that is usually there around lunch time. I don't know if she's a cranky manager or a rude cashier but her people skills suck. Wouldn't kill her to smile and pretend to like her like her job!

Small portions of meat with mostly vegetables, regardless of what you order. The food is flavorful and tasty. Service is good. Serving sizes are small and again, contain mostly vegetables. This eatery not recommended.

My first time eating at a panda Express and my last time. Food was nasty rice had no flavor at all. And what oriental restaurant does not serve sweet and sour pork or lemon chicken ?????. Sorry lost my service.

This could be a 5 star place for me if it were consistent. Sometimes the servings are generous other times not so much.

Always good and consistent

Food was fresh and staff was friendly. Considering we walked in 1 hour prior to closing we were surprised at how accommodating they were. Thoroughly enjoyed our dinner! I'd also like to compliment the staff on how well they handled some exceptionally rude people towards the end of the evening!

I gave this place another chance after previous poor service and bad food experiences. This was a mistake. Unlike before, I was served my food quickly, but it was a watery & lukewarm mess. It appears to be unavoidable unless you order only fried food. I have reached out to customer service before with no response. They don’t have any competition from other chains in town, and it shows. I wish we had a Pei Wei. I’d say Panda’s tea is better, but it’s consistently weak at this location. I’ve had stronger tea at a hospital.

I love this place! Food is always good. Never a long wait. They have a lot to choose from. Prices are good.

We had a wonderful experience...food was fresh and sauce was warm. We order the Teriyaki chicken and fried rice

Food was good, no complaints there. Service was friendly but painfully slow. Line was clear to the door and seemingly no effort made to pick up the pace.

Placed internet order just to wait 15 min for them to cook the food that should have been ready at the designated pick up time and the order was wrong . over all poor experience . what made it worse is they nearly sold out of the food while serving other customers and happened to remember my order and all i got was a half hearted sorry for your wait .

The restaurant was clean enough,but was overwhelmed by their success.the most negative thing that I could say is that the sauces we're too runny and they drowned the entrees.the sauce soaked through the paper plate. it was ok,but undercooked veggies that were not well cut,just kind of put me off.maybe I will give them another chance if I can talk them into spilling the mixed veggies into a steamer. I was expecting too much, I think.

Not happy with the online ordering I ordered it gave me a time for pick up and then it was not ready we walked out on them I’ll probably never go back. And I have been a regular customer of theirs for over three years. Sometimes 2 to 3 times a week we would eat there. I all ways called in my orders over the phone and now they will not even answer the phone .

Usually good food. Sometimes they have bad days. Clean inside.

Elwood is probably the mvp employee here. Went into today, the place felt like a funeral home, absolutely lifeless even with half capacity filled. Then elwood came in and got right to bbn work, communicating with others about what was needed. Of all the times I've come here, every time I see him here, is whenbits most lively. Soo for elwood, kudos and respect, i hope to see him move up here, I hope they recognize his value there. Bc all the others dont seem to care, with lifeless eyes, cold personalities, and lack luster service. 2 stars for everything other than elwood, there is also a young brunette woman who seems to be on his level as well. Soo to both of them, I hope your managers d ok right by you and make sure you are recognized

My favorite place to eat, it's fast and delicious!!

Delicious steamed veggies made fresh when ordered. The wait was long, but in all fairness, it was totally worth it. My son devoured his food with no complaints. Friendly staff. Clean environment. Nice option to have available.

Staff was very nice, but the food was awful, the noodles were all cabbage and the fried rice was just white rice. The orange chicken was way over cooked, it was like eating sand.

Food was fine, employees were kind. However, service was quite slow and line was long. I think we waited for about 30 min to order and get food.

Food is literally already cooked and on the line and they cant get tickets out. Always some kind of fiasco.

I love the food and the fact that there is an area where you can sit outside to eat

This will be our last time eating at this establishment. A line had formed out the door and employees seemed to be confused as to their job details. Standing at the front trying to order and employees were standing around talking to each other as if they had nothing to do. 1 guy was serving then stopped to take on to go orders and wouldn't even answer a question. After 5 mins the cashier finally came over to take our order. She took mine and my daughter's yet left out my husband. She started to ring our order up and I informed her we had 1 more order then she became frustrated because she had to step away to go make the plate. You know it's bad when the cooks have to stop cooking to come over and make plates while the other 4 employees stand around confused. They are almost always out of half of what they serve. The store is ALWAYS dirty. Floors are hardly swept and tables always have food on them. Would not recommend this location at all.
